Parcel Moover offers a secure and reliable Cash on Delivery (COD) service vendors, making it easier to manage online sales and build customer trust. We collect payments from customers at the time of delivery and ensure safe handling of all cash transactions with proper tracking forevery order.

For COD settlements, vendors are required to raise a ticket through our system. Once the ticket is submitted, the settlement will be processed within 24 hours. However, if there are no issues such as bank holidays, QR/payment system errors or other technical delays, the settlement will still be completed within the same 24-hour timeframe. We aim to make COD management fast, transparent, and hassle-free for all our vendors.
